Urban Sophistication

This project consisted of a new-build duplex for a professional couple in their mid-fifties. The two key challenges were a tight footprint and the inclusion of an elevator that served 3 floors.

Our work was extensive and included modifications to the architect’s existing plan as well as extensive millwork, cabinetry and detail design work. We managed to squeeze every square inch of utility out of this space by finding opportunities to optimize built-ins and storage to serve all the client’s needs.

We also selected all fixtures, fittings and appliances to create a sophisticated, elegant look that ties the whole design together into a seamless whole.
